PRICING DISCLAIMER
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Anderson Brass Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
WARNING:
Some products offered by Anderson Brass Company can expose you to chemicals such as lead, a chemical which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. As of January 4, 2014, Federal Public Law 111-380 prohibits the sale of plumbing fixtures with a wetted surface area containing more than a weighted average of 0.25% lead. Anderson Brass Company parts are to be used only for non-potable services, unless they have been given the “NSF / ANSI 61 Compliant” distinction within the description. It is incumbent upon Anderson Brass Company's customers to determine whether or not the products they use are compliant with Federal Public Law 111-380.
